Why we exist

Three specifications decide whether a cup works, and the category prints none of them on the carton.

**The resin.** PET is glass-clear, rigid and glossy, and it answers a hard grip by crazing white and an ice bin by splitting. PP is faintly hazy, flexible and quiet, and it bends and comes back. Neither is better. They fail differently, and you cannot tell them apart in a product photo — which is exactly why nobody names them.

**The wall gauge.** Sturdiness is a number, not a feel. Ours is quoted as a number and it does not move between runs unless you ask it to.

**The rim.** A rolled rim is a smooth bead: it de-nests a sleeve one-handed, seats a lid with an audible click, and does not cut a lip. An unrolled rim does none of those things and saves a supplier a moment of tooling time.

What we actually make

Crystal PET cold cups for bars, cafes and display drinks. Flexible PP cups for crowds, coolers, pools and concourses. Heavy-gauge stadium and souvenir cups that go home in a bag. Portion and tasting cups with real fill lines. Matched lid systems — flat, domed, sipper and straw-slot — quoted with the cup rather than guessed afterwards. And venue programmes by the pallet against a held file.

Every quote states the resin, the wall gauge, the rim diameter and roll, the matched lid, the print method and both capacities.

What we do not make

Hot paper cups. Bubble-tea cups with sealing film and wide straws. Cup carriers and drink trays. Reusable tumblers, aluminium cups, enamel mugs and glassware. Each has its own maker — several inside our own family — and we will point you to the right one.

We also will not shave a wall gauge to win a price war. Thinner cups arrive as more breakages, more transit crush and a bar that feels cheap in a hand, and the saving never covers any of it.

The tests you can run yourself

Squeeze the side wall of any cup in your storeroom between thumb and finger. A sharp crackle and a white stress line that stays after you let go is PET. A quiet give that springs back with no mark is PP. Now you know what you have been buying.

Run a thumbnail around the top edge. A smooth bead is a rolled rim. A distinct cut edge is not, and it is why your sleeves jam and your lids pop.

Seat a lid, hold the cup over a sink, and turn it upside down. Every delivery driver in your city runs this test daily; you may as well run it first.

Fill a cup with ice and then pour. The number on the carton was measured to the brim of an empty cup, and it is not the number your bar budgets against.

How we price

No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with resin, wall gauge, print coverage and quantity — and the rim roll is standard at every tier, because a cup that will not de-nest is not cheaper, it is just slower at every service. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one. Ask that supplier for their resin and their gauge; enjoy the pause.

On printing

Printing is cured to the resin in dry-offset or screen rather than laid on the surface, so condensation and wet hands do not lift it during a shift. Artwork is steered toward coverage and colour that stay legible through a sweating wall — a different problem from looking good on a flat proof, and one that only shows up on a real cup at a real bar.

Colours are matched to your PMS references, and artwork, colours, resin, gauge, rim spec, lid and packing are held on file, so August’s pallet behaves like March’s and next season’s souvenir run is recognisably the same cup with a different year on it.
