What is the minimum order?

What is the difference between PET and PP cups?
They are two entirely different plastics sold under one word. PET is glass-clear, rigid and glossy — and it crazes white under a hard squeeze and can split when cold-shocked in an ice bin. PP is very slightly hazy, flexible and quiet — it gives under a grip and springs back, and it shrugs off coolers, drops and crowds. Neither is better; they fail differently. Squeeze the wall of any cup you own: a sharp crackle and a white stress line is PET, a silent give is PP. Every quote we send names the resin.
Which resin should we order?
Ask where the cup spends its life. Poured, carried and set down indoors — a cocktail bar, a cafe counter, a display drink — is PET, and the clarity is worth having. Gripped, iced, dropped, handed to children or carried across a concourse is PP. Venues with both situations usually run both, and we will say which is which rather than quoting whichever is easier to buy.
Why does the size on the carton not match what we can pour?
Because cup sizes are rim capacity — filled to the absolute brim, which nobody ever does. A cup sold as sixteen ounces is roughly fourteen to a sensible fill line, and roughly ten of actual drink once ice is in it. We print the fill-line capacity next to the rim capacity on every quote, because pours per case is the number a bar actually budgets against.
Do I have to buy lids from you as well?
No, but we quote them together and strongly recommend it. Lids seat on the rolled bead of the rim, so fit depends on rim diameter and the exact roll profile of your cup — two cups sold as the same size from different tools frequently take different lids. We confirm the fit on your actual cup with the upside-down test before anything ships.
Will the print survive condensation and wet hands?
Yes — printing is cured to the resin in dry-offset or screen rather than laid on the surface, so a sweating wall and a wet grip do not lift it during a shift. We will also steer artwork toward the coverage and colour choices that stay legible through condensation, which is a different problem from looking good on a flat proof.
Do you make paper hot cups, boba cups or reusable tumblers?
No. Hot paper cups, bubble-tea cups with sealing film and wide straws, drink carriers and trays, and reusable tumblers each have their own specialist — several inside our own family of makers — and we will point you at the right one.
